Getting Started: Submit Your First List

Video 1: Submitting your First List:

General Tips:

  • Supported file type:

    • .CSV (Very highly recommended for best compatibility)

  • Ensure that your columns have headers for mapping purposes

    • Please only include columns with data in your file. Do not include columns with absolutely no data.

  • Please avoid including any special formatting on the spreadsheet (Filters, Hidden Columns, Dropdowns, and other content not in list format, or is not intended to be included for scoring/enrichment)

  • It is recommended to submit around 500 contacts or more on your first list, but limit it to 10,000.

  • Expect Lightning Scoring of U.S. numbers to take 24 hours to complete.

  • Titan Scoring features our multi-pass Scoring model. Turnaround time is typically up to 5 business days.

For Scoring jobs, please ensure your list includes the following fields:

  • First Name

  • Last Name

  • Phone Number (Maximum of 5 numbers for each record - Direct, Mobile, Office)​

For Enrichment+Scoring jobs, ensure your list includes:

  • First Name

  • Last Name

  • Company Name

  • One of LinkedIn URL, Website, or Company LinkedIn URL

*To get the most accurate result, please include the LinkedIn URL. If the LinkedIn URL is unavailable, use Website or Company LinkedIn.


**Important! If you have any contacts without all of the following data: First Name, Last Name, Email, and contact's Linkedin URL - please exclude them from the Enrichment file since they will lack sufficient data to be enriched, and will be excluded from your final file.​
