Setting up SFDC connection and Field Mapping

Managing the Connection

Open the Target Layer to view your current integrations.

Click Add Integration to connect a new CRM.

Select your primary CRM platform:

  • Salesforce (Primary)

  • HubSpot, Outreach, Salesloft, ZoomInfo (Available for future deployment)

Once your CRM status shows as Connected, click Manage on the integration card to enter the full configuration menu.

Prerequisite: Salesforce Package Installation

The first step is to install the official TitanX Salesforce package via the provided link:

Note: The package automatically creates all required fields except the Phone Signal fields used for scoring.

Manual Step: After installing the package, make sure to manually create custom signal fields in Salesforce for existing phone numbers, which is the only required manual step in this setup process.

The Connection tab handles initial authentication and displays real-time health metrics between TitanX and your CRM.

It provides options to Resync the connection if data stalls, or Disconnect the integration entirely if needed. It also shows “Connection Stats & Activity”:

  • Displays the Last Updated timestamp for the connection.

  • Tracks Daily API Requests made from TitanX to the connected integration to help manage daily system limits.

  • Displays total synced record counts for Leads and Contacts currently in the CRM.

Field Mapping

The Field Mapping tab allows you to align TitanX data with your CRM per object. This ensures accurate phone scoring, signal tracking, data enrichment, and bidirectional or single-direction syncs across your system.

Field mapping is organized into five primary objects:

  • Contact

  • Lead

  • Account

  • Opportunity

  • Task

Contact & Lead Mapping

Before configuring fields, select which CRM objects you want to process in TitanX:

TitanX allows you to map and sync Contacts, Leads, or both simultaneously.

  • Use the "Sync Contact records" toggle to enable/disable Contact processing.

  • Use the "Sync Lead records" toggle to enable/disable Lead processing (e.g., turn this off if you want to work on Contact records only).

The mapping process is identical for both Contacts and Leads. It is split across two functional tabs: Custom Fields and Signal Scoring & Enrichment.

Note: Ensure any manually created fields (such as custom Phone Signal fields) are created on both the Contact and Lead objects in Salesforce, as they exist as separate objects in your CRM.

Custom Fields Tab

Use the Custom Fields tab to select and map your CRM fields into TitanX.

Search and select any standard or custom CRM fields you want to pull into TitanX.

Toggling the "Sync Contact records" or "Sync Lead records" switch enables the object and automatically maps all selected fields to their corresponding TitanX attributes.

Scoring & Enrichment Tab

This tab manages how TitanX evaluates phone health, captures user intent, and writes updated data back into Salesforce.

TitanX restricts users to a maximum of 5 scoring phone fields

TitanX phone fields act as dynamic memory pointers rather than static values. If a phone number's score changes, the system automatically updates the reference to point to the current highest-scoring phone number.

Each CRM phone field must be paired with its corresponding signal field (e.g., Home Phone -> Home Phone Signal). Signals populate and sync back to Salesforce as soon as scored data is returned.

TitanX automatically writes back final evaluation results. All four of the following fields are required:

  • TitanX Best Phone

  • TitanX Best Phone Signal

  • TitanX Last Signal Update

  • TitanX Intent

Enriched Phones

Enable the Customer uses enrichment toggle to activate this feature.

Enrichment: The process of taking basic, incomplete contact or company data and automatically enhancing it with additional up-to-date info.

TitanX returns up to 5 fixed enriched numbers (e.g., TitanX Enriched Phone 1 through 5) alongside their paired signal fields (TitanX Enriched Phone 1 Signal).

Enriched phone fields do not count against your 5 standard scoring phone fields.

Select and map the corresponding signal field for each enriched phone line to receive populated enrichment metrics

Each enriched phone field in Salesforce (TitanX Enriched Phone 1, TitanX Enriched Phone 2, etc.) must be individually mapped to its corresponding signal field (TitanX Enriched Phone 1 Signal, TitanX Enriched Phone 2 Signal, etc.). These fields come with the TitanX Salesforce package.

Account

Account mapping defines how company-level data passes between Salesforce and TitanX. It is used to align CRM data with the TitanX interface layout using fields installed from the Salesforce package.

The Account object is split into two tabs: Custom Fields and Field Mapping.

Custom Fields Tab

Use the Custom Fields tab to select which Account attributes to pull from Salesforce into TitanX. You can search and select any standard or custom Account fields you want to make available.

Field Mapping Tab

Use this tab to specifically map your TitanX Account Notes and your TitanX Account LinkedIn URL.

Opportunity

Opportunity mapping consists of a single tab. Search for and select any standard or custom Opportunity fields you want to pull into TitanX. Use the Select All feature to quickly enable every available Opportunity field at once, or search for specific attributes to customize your dataset.

Task

Task mapping ensures that engagement and calling activities logged in TitanX are properly written back to Salesforce.

Task mapping functions one-way only (TitanX ->Salesforce). Data captured during phone activity in TitanX is pushed directly to Salesforce Task records.
