If TitanX is behaving unexpectedly: pages not loading correctly, features not responding, or the dialer acting up: clearing your browser cache and making sure Chrome is up to date are the first recommended troubleshooting steps.

<b>How to Clear Cache in Google Chrome</b>

Press the keyboard shortcut to open the Clear Browsing Data menu: Windows: Ctrl + Shift + Delete, Mac: Cmd + Shift + Delete.

In the dialog that appears, set the Time Range to All Time.

Check Cached images and files, and optionally Cookies and other site data.

Close and reopen Chrome, then log back into TitanX.

1. Open Google Chrome.

4. Check Cached images and files, and optionally Cookies and other site data.

Chrome will automatically check for updates and begin installing if one is available.

Once the update is complete, click Relaunch to restart Chrome with the latest version.

Verify the update was successful: the page will display "Chrome is up to date."
