SFDC TitanX App Setup

Welcome to the TitanX app for Salesforce. This guide walks you through installation, configuration, and submitting your first contacts for scoring. Follow the steps below in order to get up and running.

Installation

Before you begin: Contact your TitanX Account Manager to receive the latest install package link. Install links are version-specific, so always request a fresh one before starting.

⏱ The install may take up to 10 minutes. You'll receive an email once it's complete. Once you get the confirmation, move on to the onboarding steps below.

Onboarding Steps

Step 1: Generate Your API Token

Create your TitanX API token from the TitanX Platform. You'll need this to connect Salesforce.

Step 2: Configure TitanX API and Permission Sets

Connect the API token in Salesforce and assign the appropriate permission sets to your users.

Step 3: Create Custom Fields

Set up the intent and phone signal fields that TitanX uses to surface scoring data on your records.

Step 4: Schedule Job and Map Phone Fields

Configure the scheduled job and map phone fields so TitanX data flows into the right places.

Step 5: Set Up Reporting

Clone the pre-built report structure so you can track scored contacts and submission activity.

Step 6: Submit Your First List

Create and submit your first contact list for scoring through the TitanX install package.

Step 7: Add the TitanX Lead Panel

Add the TitanX scoring panel to your Lead and/or Contact page layouts for at-a-glance visibility.

Step 8: Configure Webhook (recommended)

Set up the webhook so TitanX can push scoring results back into Salesforce automatically in real-time.
