FAQ: CRM and SEP Configuration - Post Scoring Enablement

Updated over 2 months ago

STEP 1: Export Final File from TitanX Platform:

  • Once you receive the notification that your list is done scoring you can go download it from the platform.

  • Download and review the enriched/scored data (High Intent, Low Intent, Bad Data) from the TitanX platform.

  • The Final File will contain all columns on the list you submitted to us but we have added an Intent Signal column, Best Phone and Best Phone Signal and a Phone Signal to all phone numbers on the file.

  • NOTE: The Best Phone is a duplicate of one of the other numbers.

STEP 2: Mapping Data Fields:

    • Add in TitanX Intent Signal

    • Best Phone

    • Best Phone Signal

  • Advanced Filters:

    • TitanX Intent Signal = High Intent

    • Record Owner = [Rep Name]

    • Save View - (High Intent Only, Low Intent Only, Bad Data Only)

Salesloft

Adding Custom Fields

  • Go to settings

  • Under the “Data” section select “Field Configuration”

    • Note: You cannot create a custom field that is a phone type in Salesloft

Best Practice is to map “Best Phone” to “Home Phone”

To do this:

  • Find your home phone field and “edit field”

  • Map the CRM Contact/Lead Filed Name to Best Phone

  • Configure the direction “Salesloft ← CRM”

  • Create a NEW Custom Field

    • Salesloft Field Name = Best Phone Signal

    • Salesloft Field Type = Text

    • CRM Contact/Lead Field Name = Best Phone Signal

    • Direction = Salesloft ← CRM

    • NOTE: YOU CAN DO THIS FOR ALL PHONE SIGNALS WE DELIVER

      • (Mobile phone signal, direct phone signal, HQ phone signal, etc)

  • Run a sync and spot check a few Contacts/Lead to confirm the data is populating and is accurate.

Contact View

  • In Field Configuration select “Field Layout” and ensure that:

    • “Home Phone/Best Phone” is visible

    • “Home Phone/Best Phone Signal” is visible

    • Move them to the top

  • Go into your Workspace and select Rhythm

  • Go into any task and you can edit the layout in the top right corner

  • Move Person Details to the top

  • You should see Home Phone / Best Phone and Home Phone/Best Phone Signal

    • You will also see any other signals you mapped in

  • Now when your reps run their cadences they will easily be able to see this intelligence on each record and will be able to select “Home Phone” when calling High Intent contacts.

Dialer Settings

  • Go to settings

  • Under the Communication section select “Dialer”

  • Select “Local ID” and ensure that is enabled

Orum

Salesforce Report

  • Once you’ve mapped in your data using the above Salesforce process you need to create a specific report that you can search for in Orum.

  • Create a lead/contact report and filter for “TitanX Intent Signal” equals “High Intent”

  • Save the report “TitanX High Intent Pilot”

  • Once that is complete go into Orum and use the “Search List” function to find that report.

Configuring Orum

  • NOTE: This has to be set on an individual user level for each rep.

  • Under Dial Options have the rep search for “Best Phone”

    • Note: in the image below this client only scores mobile data so they just search for “cell phone” with an intent singal of “High Intent.”

  • Set the dialing mode to POWER DIALING.

  • Auto-detect and leave/skip voicemails can be on.

  • Auto-detect and skip dial trees should be off.

  • Auto skip after 30 seconds and ringing should be off.

  • Autoskip busy or failed calls can be on.

    • Note: this should not happen with High Intent Contacts. If it does for any reason note that record so we can QA.

  • Once this is configured, you should be good to start dialing your High Intent list.

Adding Custom Fields

  • Create custom Fields for Best Phone Signal

    • Best Phone Signal

    • TitanX Intent Signal

  • Administration > Integrations > CRM

  • Choose Lead or Contact depending on what you use

  • Map your fields “Add Mapping”

    • Best Phone to Home Phone

    • Best Phone Signal to Best Phone Signal (new custom field)

    • TitanX Intent Signal to TitanX Intent Signal

Contact View

  • Set up the reps prospecting views to show the newly created fields.

    • NOTE: Best Phone (home phone) will be a duplicate of another number. That would be the reps signal to know it’s correct.

Dialer Settings

  • Go to personal settings > Phone Numbers

  • Ensure that the reps have multiple numbers purchased and assigned to them. If you need to purchase more numbers you can do so on this page.

  • Rotate numbers when dialing.

    • BEST PRACTICE is to never use one phone number more than 8 times in an hour!
