Scoring vs. Enrichment: What Each Job Does

TitanX runs two kinds of jobs on your contacts. Scoring tells you who is likely to answer the phone. Enrichment finds more contact data before scoring.

What each job does

What it does

Good to know

Tells you which phone numbers are likely to pick up, which are not, and which are bad, so you can prioritize outreach

Results are sorted into High Intent, Low Intent (P2), Low Intent (P3), and Bad Data

Finds more contact data, adding phone numbers and details to your list

Improves data quality and completeness, but can’t guarantee 100% accuracy or availability; results depend on data sources and matching

Job options

• Score Only: scores the phone numbers you already have.

• Score and Enrich: enriches your contacts first to increase the number of phone numbers, then scores them.
