Accounts Tab

The Account tab has 3 initial functions:

  • Search: enter details related to a contact, and any accounts matching that keyword will appear.

  • Edit Columns: modify columns: remove, add, and freeze them. To freeze a column, select it and click the red pin icon, then click "Apply" when finished.

  • Filter: build a custom filter using the 3 parts described below.

Filter: Column, Condition, Value

The Filter function has 3 parts:

  1. Column: the columns you selected in your view.

  2. Condition: the condition operator (see table below).

  3. Value: the specific text you want to filter by. For example, to catch a prefix like "TitanX," "Titan Industries," etc., you'd type: Titan

Viewing a Company

Clicking a specific company shows Overview, Activity, and Calls tabs.

  • Overview: shows: Account Name, Industry, Segment, Company Size, LinkedIn URL, Website.

  • Activity: shows tasks assigned or being assigned; filterable by Call, Task, and Email.

  • Calls: shows whether anyone on your team has already attempted to call them.

Full Account Details

At the bottom of the company view, clicking "Full Account Details" takes you to a dedicated page with Overview, Timeline, Activity, Calls, and Contacts in full detail.

  1. Overview shows:

  • Total Contacts: all contacts associated with the same company.

  • Contacts Connected: how many of the total contacts you've successfully contacted.

  • Total Meetings: contacts you've dispositioned into meetings.

  • High Intent, Low Intent, and Bad Data: each clickable, showing the contacts within the company that fall into that scoring tier.

Intent definitions:

  • High Intent: a "high propensity phone picker-upper." Contacts highly likely to answer the phone when called, prioritized for outreach since they connect at much higher rates (often 25%+).

  • Low Intent: contacts verified by name or showing some activity (e.g., checking voicemail), but less likely to answer calls directly. Still worth contacting, but lower priority or better suited for multi-touch cadences (call, voicemail, email).

  • Bad Data: contact information isn't usable (disconnected number, wrong number, or no way to verify it reaches the intended person). These contacts should be excluded from calling efforts.

2. Activity shows the timeline of activities made: owner of the activity, name of the contact from the company, disposition, and date and time of the activity. Filterable by Calls and Meetings.

3. Calls shows contacts that were dialed within the company. Has 2 functions:

  • Search: search for a specific contact.

  • Filters: Call Direction (Outbound, Inbound, or both) and Disposition (only dispositions actually used on the company's contacts appear as choices). Click "Filter Calls" to apply.

Clicking a contact within the Calls tab shows full call details: date and time, owner, duration, campaign, disposition, and next call scheduled with the contact.

Note: If there's an overdue task on the contact, a message appears below, on the right side of the details, for example: "Call issue: This call could not be completed. Please try again."

4. Contacts shows contacts associated with the company. Has 2 functions:

  • Search: search for a specific contact.

  • Filters: First and Last Name, Title, Company, and TitanX Intent (High Intent, Low Intent, Bad Data, or All). Click "Filter Contacts" to apply.

Clicking a contact in this view lets you dial them directly, and shows brief details: Overview, Activity, and Account Details.
