Contacts Tab

The Contacts tab has 4 initial functions:

  • Search Bar: search specifically for contact details.

  • Views: acts like a preset of filters, letting you directly choose what you want to see.

  • Edit Columns: lets you modify which columns are shown on your screen.

  • Filters: lets you set your own personal filters, for when you'd rather customize than use a preset View.

Top Metrics

At the very top of the Intelligence page, you'll see metrics that act as quick filters for the contact list below. Clicking any of them filters the list accordingly:

  • Scored Contacts: filters to contacts that have been scored.

  • High Intent: filters to contacts tagged "High Intent" under the TitanX Intent column.

  • Low Intent: filters to contacts tagged "Low Intent" under the TitanX Intent column.

  • Bad Data: filters to contacts tagged "Bad Data" under the TitanX Intent column.

  • Processing: filters to contacts currently being scored, enriched, or both; the TitanX Intent column shows "Pending."

  • Unscored: filters to contacts that have not yet gone through scoring; the TitanX Intent column is blank.

  • Stale Data: filters to contacts with incorrect or outdated contact data.

  • Intelligence Job: takes you to the Jobs tab, where you can see all contacts that went through scoring and enrichment.

These metrics are related to the View function. To save your own preferred view: go to View, select your preferred filters, then click "+ Save Current View."

Viewing a Contact's Details

Clicking any data inside a column opens a detail view with 3 tabs: Overview, Activity, and Account Details.

  • Overview: shows the data attached to the contact (the same data visible across the columns), plus options to view the Full Contact View and the CRM contact link. A Job Title can also be added to the contact from here. You can also dial the contact directly from this view.

  • Activity: shows both completed and incomplete activity: what's been done, what's next, and when it's due. Activity can be filtered by Call, Task, and Email. New activity can be added from this view, and existing activity status can be updated here as well.

Note: Calling a contact outside of a campaign will not clear any call activity attached to that contact. It will not complete or clear the contact's dial activity.
