Overview
Selecting a disposition is a required hard gate before a call can be logged and closed.
While each client organization can customize the names ("Labels") for their dispositions at any time, every disposition in TitanX must be mapped to one of the 14 standardized internal TitanX disposition types.
Configuring Call Dispositions
Any user with access to Workspace Settings can configure, reorder, or create new call dispositions for the organization.
How to Access Disposition Settings
Navigate to Settings by pressing on the profile button in the navigation bar.
The Workspace Settings appear.
Under the Dialer section, click on Call Dispositions.
Here, you will see a list of all previously configured dispositions for your organization.
Managing Existing Dispositions
Edit / Delete: Click on the edit icon next to any existing disposition to modify its label or mapped type, or click delete to remove it.
Reorder: Click and drag any row up or down to change the order in which dispositions appear in the rep's drop-down menu after dialing.
Adding a New Disposition
Click the + Add Disposition button.
Enter the Label (the custom name reps will see in their dropdown).
Select the Type (map it to one of the 14 official TitanX dispositions).
Click Add Disposition.
Note: Clients retain their own custom front-end disposition language. TitanX maps each custom label to a TitanX Disposition Type at the account level (single set per organization).
The Rep Call Workflow & Logging Rules
After a user dials and completes a call, the Call Details tab opens automatically.
Logging Workflow Steps
Select Disposition (Hard Gate): The user must choose a disposition from the dropdown to proceed. You cannot log a call without selecting one.
Set Follow-up Date: Some disposition require the user to enter a Follow-Up Date (mandatory).
Click "Log Call & Close" to log the call.
Note: Non-Exit Dispositions (No Connect / Answer and Left VM): These record the call activity, but do not make the contact exit the campaign/sequence.
