How To Change a TitanX Disposition

Allows a representative to update a TitanX call disposition after the initial call has been logged.

Dispositions can only be changed to another option within the same behavior group.

Reps can update a call result from three different locations:

  • The Dialer: While dialing, click the previously called contact to open their Activity History, then update the latest disposition.

  • The Intelligence Layer (Full Profile): Navigate to the contact’s full profile in the Intelligence Layer, go to Activity History, and edit the latest disposition.

  • The Intelligence Layer (Mini Panel): Click a contact in the Intelligence Layer to open the mini panel, switch to the Activity History tab, locate the call, and click the latest disposition to change it.

Rules

  • Only the most recent call’s disposition can be edited. All earlier call dispositions are read-only.

  • Selecting a new disposition updates it immediately (there is no Save button).

  • Changes auto-save without triggering Log and Advance. This prevents previous workflows from running a second time and creating duplicate activity.

  • Updating a disposition changes the call result only—existing follow-up tasks remain unchanged.

Allowed Behavior Groups

The disposition dropdown presents only options within the call's original behavior group:

  • Group A: Swap between No Connect / Answer and Left VM.

  • Group B (Exit Sequence with Follow-up): Swap between the four dispositions that exit the sequence and create a follow-up task (Connect Incomplete, Meeting Scheduled, Activated Lead, Not Now).

  • Group C (Exit Sequence without Follow-up): Swap between the eight dispositions that exit the sequence without creating a follow-up task (Not Me, Referred, Not Interested, Nurture, Not in Swimlane, No Longer With Company, DNC, NA).
