How To Add Campaign Battle Cards and Scripts

Scripts are talking points that reps follow for what to say during a call.

Battlecards are topics you plan to cover during a call. When you add a topic to a battlecard, it is automatically crossed out if that keyword is mentioned on the call.

Steps

Battlecards and scripts are the two things admins should always set up when creating a campaign. Before reaching that part, complete the following steps:

  1. Go to the Execute tab and click Start Campaign.

  2. Enter the Campaign Name, then proceed to the Sequence section.

  3. Build your sequence.

  4. Assign reps.

  5. Set up resources (scripts and battlecards).

    Setting up resources

    • Script: Enter the script reps will follow while on a call, including the talking points. Variables can be inserted into the script.

    • Battlecards: Add the topics you plan to cover during the call. To configure a battlecard, first add a title, then add the script below the title.

Note: Battlecards are only active for contacts coming from a campaign. Otherwise, this section is greyed out
