Start dialing or end a campaign
From the campaign’s detail view, you can start or resume dialing, or end the campaign.
Note: You can only dial in a campaign that is assigned to you.
Common reasons to end a campaign: the client it was run for is no longer with you, or it served a time-bound purpose that has passed. For example, a campaign inviting people to an October launch event is ended once the launch happens.
Manage the contacts in a campaign
Below the Scoring Overview, filter the campaign’s contacts by status: All, Not Started, In Progress, Follow-up, Meeting Scheduled, Activated, Nurture, Close No-Meeting, and Removed.
Click a contact to see brief details and recent activity, with options to View Full Profile, View in CRM, or Remove From Campaign.
