Tools at the top of the Contacts tab
Tool | What it does |
Search bar | Searches for specific contact details |
Views | Presets of filters, so you can jump straight to what you want to see |
Edit Columns | Changes which columns are shown on your screen |
Filters | Lets you build your own filters when you’d rather customize than use a preset View |
Filtering with the top metrics
The metrics at the top of the Intelligence page double as quick filters. Click any of them to filter the contact list below.
Metric | Shows contacts that… | TitanX Intent column shows |
Scored Contacts | Have been scored | Any result |
High Intent | Are tagged High Intent | High Intent |
Low Intent | Are tagged Low Intent | Low Intent |
Bad Data | Are tagged Bad Data | Bad Data |
Processing | Are being scored, enriched, or both | Pending |
Unscored | Have not been scored yet | Blank |
Stale Data | Have incorrect or outdated contact data | — |
Intelligence Job | Opens the Jobs tab, where you can see every contact that went through scoring and enrichment | — |
How to save your own View
1. Click View.
2. Select the filters you want.
3. Click + Save Current View.
