Understanding TitanX Intent Tiers

Every scored contact gets a TitanX Intent tier, shown in the TitanX Intent column. The tier tells you how likely that person is to answer the phone, so you know who to call first and who to reach another way.

The tiers

Tier

What it means

What to do

High Intent

Highly likely to answer when called. Connects at much higher rates than other contacts.

Prioritize for phone outreach

Low Intent (P2 and P3)

Verified by name or showing some activity, such as checking voicemail, but less likely to answer directly

Still worth contacting; use a multi-touch cadence of call, voicemail, and email

Bad Data

The contact information isn’t usable: a disconnected or wrong number, or no way to confirm it reaches the right person

Exclude from calling
