To reset your password, you can do it in either of these ways:
From the login page
Click Lost Password.
From your account settings
Go to Settings > My Account > Security.(To set up MFA, use the same path: Settings > My Account > Security.)
To Reset Password:
Users can change their current password by entering their current password, then entering their new password twice.
The new password must meet these conditions:
At least 8 characters
One uppercase letter
One number
One special character
If the user forgot their current password, they can click Email Me A Reset Link. They will receive an email to set a new password.
To Enable MFA:
TitanX offers an additional layer of security. When a user logs in with their password, they must also verify their identity using an authenticator app.
To turn it on, simply click Enable MFA.
