How To Create a Campaign

A step-by-step guide to build and launch a campaign in TitanX.

Step 1 : Go to the Execute Tab

Navigate to the "Execute" tab.

Step 2 : Start a New Campaign

Go to "Campaigns," located beside the Smart Stream option. Click "Create Campaign +."

Step 3 : Name Your Campaign

Clicking "Create Campaign +" takes you to a new page named "New Campaign." Fill in the Campaign Name, then proceed to the Sequence section.

Step 4 : Build Your Sequence

In the Sequence section, choose between two options:

  • Use A Template: start from one of TitanX's pre-built sequences.

  • Build from Scratch : create a custom sequence step by step.

Under "Use A Template," there are two templates to choose from:

  • High Intent : call-only touches, with 2 business days between each touch. Sequence consists of 7 steps over 13 days.

  • Low Intent : includes call, voicemail, and email touches, with a repeating cadence. Sequence consists of 8 steps over 12 days.

You may click into each template sample to preview the sequence attached to that template.

If you choose "Build from Scratch," fill in the following fields for each step:

  • Step Type: choose from 3 options: Call Only (no voicemail), Call + Voicemail, or Manual Email.

  • Step Name: enter a descriptive name for this step (e.g., "Intro Call" or "Follow-Up Email").

  • Time Gap: enter the number of days to wait before this step becomes due, relative to the previous step.

  • Unit: currently defaults to, and only offers, "Business Day."

Once your sequence is complete, click "Next: Assignments" to proceed to the next configuration page.

Step 5 : Assign Reps

The next page is "Rep Assignment." This is where you assign the campaign to a specific person or your whole team.

  • Use the search field to select a specific person.

  • Click "Add Entire Org" to assign the campaign to your whole team.

Once finished with Rep Assignment, click "Next: Resources."

Step 6 : Set Up Resources

The final part of creating a campaign is "Resources." There are 3 configuration settings here:

  • Script : enter the script reps will follow while on a call, the talking points or spiel to use. Variables can be inserted into the script.

  • Battlecards : these are topics you plan to cover during the call. Adding a topic to your battlecard will automatically cross it out if that keyword is mentioned on the call. To configure a battlecard, first add a title, then add the script below the title.

  • Docs & Links : attach any documents or links reps may need to reference or share with a prospect during a call, such as pricing sheets, cost lists, SKU catalogs, a link to your website's contact form, or a link to schedule a demo. This section can also include internal resources reps might find useful, such as company policies or reference materials.

After configuring all fields, finish the setup by clicking "Close & Save Draft."

Note: After completing the campaign setup, it cannot be published yet. At least one contact must be assigned to the campaign before it can be published.
