Managing Dispositions

The Dispositions chart shows how many calls were assigned each disposition, from highest to lowest. You can use it to filter the call list, and choose which dispositions appear and in what order.

Filtering by disposition

Click any bar in the Dispositions chart to filter the call list below to calls with that disposition.

How to choose and order the dispositions shown

  1. Click Manage on the Dispositions chart.

2. In the window that opens:

• Left side: lists all available dispositions. Select or deselect each one.

• Right side: shows your selected dispositions in order. Rearrange them, and choose which ones show without scrolling.

3. Click Apply.
